Orders

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll do our best to help! Please contact us as soon as possible.

Do you offer local pickup?

Not at the moment. 

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand in the future!

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout. We also offer free shipping on orders over $75.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll make it right.

Apparel

How do your sweatshirts fit?

Our apparel has a relaxed, unisex fit. For an oversized look, we recommend sizing up one size.

How should I wash my apparel?

Wash inside out on cold with like colors and tumble dry on low or hang dry to help preserve the design.
