Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During new collection launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you via email.
Shipping
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if offered): 1–3 business days
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We also offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $75 within the United States.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, please contact us at shopknownandloved@yahoo.com, and we'll gladly help you work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is entered and your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately.
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
